Everyone knew the Aflac duck, they just didn’t know what the Aflac company actually did. So this site had to educate.
Using their famous ‘spokes-duck’, we created entertaining animated pages that visitors could interact with, learning as they went. The success of this approach was reflected in the time that people spent on the site.
The content on the site was shareable and also repurposed for use in social media feeds.
Awards include: Webby winner (insurance), Webby People’s Choice, Hive Award winner (User Experience), Hive Award Honorable Mention (Design), Telly Bronze winner (use of animation).
